CMT Services, Inc. (CMT)
is a certified MBE/DBE Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) established
in 2002. CMT specializes in cost and business proposal development
related to government and commercial services. Our goal is
to guide our clients in establishing corporate estimating
and pricing policies, setting pricing strategies, establishing
price-to-win objectives, developing target rates, negotiating
subcontractor pricing, and cost proposal development from
inception to pre-award audits to contract management.
While cost and business proposal development
is our specialty, we provide a wide range of outsourcing services
that include Document Conversion and Archiving Services, Education
and Training Services, Financial Management Services, Human
Capital/ Staff Augmentation, and Information Technology solutions
to Federal, State and Local Government and Commercial customers.
